【亨將】2012六標準差成果發表-盟主:賴銀柱(心得報告:林士淵)

個人以為公司治理最困難之處是如何讓來自四面八方、五湖四海、背景、目標不盡相同的一群英雄好漢貢獻所長只為一個目標:公司的獲利與成長。在亨將,這個論點似乎不是問題。

It seems to me that the most difficult part of corporate governance is how to make a group of people from all walks of life be wholeheartedly willing to dedicate themselves for one and one target only: the growth and profitability of the company they work for. It does not seem to be an issue here at Layana.

梁正庸先生一開始的報告就狠狠地敲了我一棍。根據過往經驗,99.99%的公司行號或工廠對類似現象的標準答案是:「這是沖壓生產過程一定會產生的問題,我們會要求操作人員用噴槍定時清理;但不保證完全沒有粉屑。」然後結案。我相信:所有問題都有答案或解決辦法;想不到或想不出來並不表示不存在。正庸相信解決方案存在而且願意花時間與精力動腦筋解決問題,任何人都會豎起大姆指贊賞。

Right after the presentation started, Mr. Liang’s project has proved me wrong. According to my personal experiences, the most common heard model answer for similar situations is: “This is the inevitable result of progressive-die stamping and we will ask the operators to clean the surface periodically with air guns but it’s impossible to be residue-free.” Then case closed. I believe that there are solutions to every problem. Can’t think of any doesn’t mean that they don’t exist. Mr. Liang’s willing to spend his time and energy to prove the existence of solutions, people will be happy to give him two thumbs up!

我相信其他專案背後,在精神層面帶給我的感動,是未來能否讓亨將「鶴立雞群」的最主要因素。就像指導老師所言:每個專案稍加潤飾就有碩士論文的深度,就像其他貴賓難以置信的口氣敘述感想,六個專案帶給在座每個人的感動與影響不盡相同,只要有十分之一的人願意做些改變讓事情變得更好,世界就會不一樣。

I believe that the energy behind that moves me, every presenter’s dedication and willingness to make Layana better, is the decisive factor whether Layana could stand out in the future. It may or may not touch every single one that afternoon, but it takes one tenth of us to do something to make this world a better one, this world will be different.

能力可以透過各種方式增進,技巧可以學習,知識、經驗可以累積,但是一個人能散發這樣的能量影響週遭的人,可不是三兩天的事;這才是最難學習的「才能」。

One can increase his/her ability through numerous ways; one can learn new skills; knowledge and experiences can be accumulated; but the ability to influence people around is the real tough one.
